Sourced from the bottom of the cooler North Eastern slope of the Denton View Hill. This is the first crop from 1 acre of Ribolla Giallo planted 3 years ago. Picked late in the season when the skin colour had started to turn and flavour and ripeness arrived. The chardonnay component comes from P58 clone also from the bottom of the North Eastern slope picked earlier than the Ribolla.

Ribolla component kept on skins for 14 days then held in stainless steel for 10 months before blending with a component of P58 Chardonnay which was kept on skins for 7 days before fermentation in old barrique. Bottled in early February without fining or filtration.
