Denton

The Denton wine range represents the best of our site. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Nebbiolo all sourced from the most interesting and elevated slopes on the Denton Hill. Our preferred clones are used to make wines with more structure and muscle that improve and evolve in the bottle with cellaring. 

Denton Spectrum

An evolving and experimental range for us. Here we make the wines that are slightly unconventional in an Australian sense but have their roots and homes firmly in the oldest winemaking of the world.

An ongoing and exciting part of what we can explore on the Denton View Hill, future wines will include an Orange Wine from Ribolla Gialla which has been planted in the bottom corner of the vineyard.

Denton Shed

The Shed Wine range is all about perfume, texture and drinkability. Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay and Nebbiolo Rose are all bottled early with an emphasis on lightness and delicacy. These wines are made with a focus on freshness and are approachable and ready to drink on release.
