A blend of 50% Cabernet, 50% Shiraz

This delicious Rose is versatile and full of flavour. The cabernet provides structure, and the shiraz some sweet fruit, the winemaking bringing it together with a savoury and dry edge.

Whole bunch pressed into old oak for 6 months. Wild ferment, wild malo and bottling without fining or filtration.

The 2023 growing season was excellent with Spring offering its challenges until the warmer weather arrived at the beginning of 23'. Perfect ripening conditions followed allowed the team to pick at optimal times.
